Discovery and brand strategy
Discovery workshop covering your audience, competitors, brand values and vision. Brand strategy document produced: positioning statement, messaging hierarchy, brand archetype and personality attributes. Visual moodboard aligned and approved before any logo design begins.

Logo concept development
Three distinct logo directions designed and presented - each with rationale tied to brand strategy. One direction selected. Two rounds of refinement on typography, spacing, color and proportions until the mark is exactly right.

Full brand system build
Color palette finalized, typography system selected, brand voice documented. All logo variations produced (primary, secondary, icon, reversed, single-color). Brand application designs completed - business card, social assets, email signature, letterhead.

Guidelines and file delivery

We present 3 distinct logo concepts at the first presentation, each exploring a different visual direction based on your brand strategy brief. You select one direction for development, and we refine it through 2-3 rounds of revisions. We do not present 10 random options - three well-considered, strategy-led directions produce better outcomes than quantity.
Yes. Every brand identity project includes a comprehensive brand guidelines document (20-40 pages) covering: logo usage rules (minimum sizes, clear space, incorrect usage), color palette with all color codes, typography system with usage hierarchy, brand voice and tone with examples, photography and imagery direction, and application examples on business cards, social media and digital ads.
Yes. Rebrands follow the same process as new brand identity projects but include an additional audit phase reviewing your existing brand equity - what to preserve, what to update and what to retire. We are strategic about rebrands: not everything should change, and we will tell you honestly if your existing brand has elements worth keeping.
All logo files delivered in: AI (Adobe Illustrator, fully editable), EPS (vector for print), SVG (for web and development), PNG (transparent background, multiple sizes), JPG (white background, multiple sizes) and PDF (for print). Brand guidelines delivered as PDF and optionally as a Figma file if your team works in Figma.
