Onboarding — 7 days

You get your dashboard and request queue on day one. We collect access, audit everything, and deliver a 30-day action plan by day seven. Work starts immediately, not next month.

Ongoing — every week

You submit requests to a queue. We work the top priority. Every Friday you get a written report of what changed. Once a month, a 30-minute strategy call. That is it.

This sounds like a limitation. It is the reason the model works.

You can add as many requests to your queue as you want. We work the top one, finish it, and move to the next.

It means the thing you care about most is always what we are actively doing — instead of six things all half-done. You can reorder your queue any time, and if something urgent lands, you move it to the top yourself.

This is also what keeps the price at $999. Predictable scope means we can staff the work accurately instead of padding a retainer to cover uncertainty.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Days 1 to 2 are access setup, with your dashboard and request queue live. Days 3 to 7 are a full audit of your account and a written 30-day action plan. From week two we execute the plan, top priority first, with a written report every Friday.

How do requests work?

You add as many requests to your queue as you like. We work the top one, finish it, then move to the next. You can reorder the queue at any time, so the thing you care about most is always what we are actively doing.

How often will we talk?

A written report every Friday and one 30-minute strategy call a month. We reply to questions within one business day. We do not run daily standups or weekly check-in calls — those cost you money without moving revenue.

What if I need something outside the plan?

We tell you the price, you say yes or no. Every common add-on already has a published price on the pricing page. We never quietly absorb extra work and then raise your retainer six months later.

What if it isn't working?

Cancel with 30 days' notice. No long-term contract, no exit fee, no retention call. We would rather you leave in month three than resent us for a year. On a store build or setup that did not deliver, we rebuild it or refund the setup fee.
