Groke Digital ("we", "us", "our") is operated by SellerShorts Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and runs the website grokedigital.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. If you have questions, email us at grokedigital@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Free audit form: your store or listing URL, platform, monthly revenue range (optional), the areas you want reviewed, anything you choose to tell us about what is worrying you (optional), your name and email address.
Contact form: your name, email address, store URL (optional), monthly revenue range, the services you are interested in, and any message you add (optional).
We use form information only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare the audit you asked for.
Email communications: if you email us directly, we keep your email address and the content of your message to manage our business relationship.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location (country/region) and referring website. These tools use cookies and pseudonymous identifiers rather than your name or email. Microsoft Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement to show how pages are used. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to either tool.
Server logs: our hosting server records standard request information (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Data storage and security
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our business email. Email communications are stored with our business email provider. We keep client enquiry data for 2 years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we follow industry good practice to protect the information you provide.
4. Cookies
The site itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics (for example _ga) and Microsoft Clarity (for example _clck, _clsk) set cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
5. Third-party services
These services process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website analytics
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — website usage analytics and session insights
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us through the WhatsApp link
Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at grokedigital@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
