Shopify conversion rate optimisation, one test at a time.
A monthly CRO review, two A/B tests a month and a prioritised fix list — on the product, cart and checkout pages that carry your revenue.
You already paid for the traffic. It is leaving.
Visitors who never add to cart
Unclear value, weak product pages or missing trust signals send buyers back to Google.
Guesswork redesigns
A full redesign based on opinion is expensive and often converts worse than what you had.
Checkout friction
Surprise shipping costs, forced accounts and slow pages lose buyers at the last step.
Evidence-led improvements, every month.
Monthly CRO review
Analytics, recordings and funnel data turned into a prioritised list of fixes.
Two A/B tests a month
Product page, cart and checkout experiments with a clear hypothesis and a winner.
Cart and checkout audit
A quarterly review of every step between add-to-cart and order confirmation.
Trust and merchandising
Reviews, shipping clarity, bundles and guarantees placed where they change decisions.
How a month of CRO works
Measure
We review where visitors drop off and why.
Prioritise
Fixes ranked by likely revenue impact and effort.
Test
Two A/B tests run on the highest-impact ideas.
Ship the winners
Winning variants go live; the next tests are queued.
How it is priced
CRO is included in Shopify Store Management — $999/month, with a monthly CRO review and two A/B tests. Testing-app subscriptions, if needed, are paid by you directly.
Not included: paid ads management, a full site redesign (see eCommerce development) and Shopify subscription or app fees.
What a CRO engagement actually produces
Conversion work goes wrong when it becomes a list of best-practice tweaks nobody measures. Ours is deliberately small and repeatable: look at where people are dropping out, pick the change most likely to matter, test it properly, keep it or revert it, write down what happened.
In practice a month gives you a review of how product, cart and checkout are performing, two A/B tests actually run rather than suggested, a prioritised fix list with the reasoning attached, and a written report on the Friday. Nothing is changed on your store without it being on that list first.
Who this suits
Stores already getting traffic — from ads, search or both — where the spend is producing sessions but not orders. If the store is very new or traffic is still thin, there is not enough data for a test to mean anything, and we will say so: at that stage Shopify SEO or speed work usually does more for you than testing does.
We do not promise a conversion-rate number. Anyone who does is guessing about your traffic, your product and your price. What we commit to is the cadence and the evidence behind each change.
