Common questions
Pricing, answered
How much does an Amazon agency cost?
It varies widely: freelancers, specialist PPC agencies and full-service agencies all price differently, and many only quote after a sales call. Groke Digital charges a flat $999 per month with a published scope, so you can compare exactly what is included before you talk to anyone.
Why do you publish your prices when other agencies don't?
Because most buyers want a price before they talk to anyone, and hiding it wastes everybody's time. Published pricing also filters out bad-fit prospects before a call, which is part of how we keep the price low.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract on the monthly management plans. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice. Store builds are project-based: 50% to start and 50% at launch.
Can I run more than one service?
Yes. Bundle any two monthly management plans for $1,799 per month instead of $1,998. Three plans are $2,499 per month.
What costs are not included in your fees?
Ad spend, your Shopify subscription and app fees, theme licences and any AI or API usage costs. You pay those providers directly and we never mark them up.
What size brand is this built for?
The sweet spot is $25,000 to $50,000 per month in revenue — big enough that management pays for itself, small enough that a large full-service retainer doesn't make sense. Under $10,000 per month, a store build or one-off work usually delivers more than a monthly plan, and we will tell you so.
